GO GREEN WITH PRE ENGINEERED BUILDINGS TO COUNTER GLOBAL WARMING

The past decade or two has seen a revolution of sorts in public demand for environmentally friendly products which are not burden to the environment and are sustainable. With Global Warming at a high there is increasing need across the globe for a switch to ecologically sustainable products in all spheres of life and the building & construction industry is no exception to that. There are and have been efforts to innovate new products which are “green” and less harmful to the environment and the product in the forefront of this change is pre-engineered buildings.

PEB in India
Pre engineered buildings are a system of building in which various components of the building are designed by an architect which is then pre-manufactured and fabricated in a factory and later combined together and engineered to form the complete structure as a whole. PEB in India are one of the finest methods of constructing a structure in an environmentally efficient, cost effective and time efficient way. The use of PEB in India has many advantages that are making it very popular among builders as it can be used to build any type of structure such as factories, warehouses, homes, offices, supermarkets, halls, showrooms, industrial parks etc.

PEB in India is providing green building solutions because of the properties of the materials used in its construction. PEB makes use steel which saves on cutting trees, steel is very light, recyclable and efficient leading to savings in terms of cost of production. Pre-engineered buildings use sustainable designs and are constructed in far lesser time than conventional buildings. The usage of steel roofs ensure cooler interior reducing the need for air-conditioning, also it does not accumulate waste in the form of bricks etc. after demolition. They provide a healthy indoor environment, are cost efficient, save time and have a very low carbon foot-print.
